The name of the oligarch Albert Avdolyan, close to the head of the Rostec state corporation, Sergei Chemezov, surfaced in the scandalous bankruptcy of the Novosibirsk con...
The UtroNews correspondent figured out why the court and other creditors are against the inclusion of claims for 161 million rubles in the register, and what does the oligarch's son have to do with it.
Recall that the Novosibirsk LLC Tekhweb, created in 2018, operating in the field of road freight transport, was declared bankrupt in August 2024. In general, we are talking about a large division - four subsidiaries and a turnover of 11 billion rubles.
Even at the observation stage, when the register of creditors was being formed, the court received a corresponding statement from a certain A-Vostok LLC, which asked to include its claims for the amount of 161,380,134,7 rubles in the register. But other creditors were outraged by this, in particular Bank GPB JSC and Khimkap.
Already in court, it surfaced that the owner of the creditor, A-Vostok LLC, was Gaspar Avdolyan, and the firms of his father, Albert Avdolyan, could have close ties with the owner of the bankrupt, Alexander Budnikov.
For reference: Budnikov, through his other business, was a partner of such an ambiguous person as Viktor Nusenkis, who is called a Russian-Ukrainian businessman. Coal magnate Nusenkis, who owned the concern "Energo," GC PrJSC "Donetskstal-Metallurgical Plant," previously shone in the story of the collapse of the Kuzbass mine "Zarechnaya." And the coal mining sector, as you know, is not a stranger to the oligarch Avdolyan either.
It seems that the company where Avdolyan Jr. came from was suspected of trying to withdraw assets? The piggy bank of this opinion is also the fact that with a turnover of 11 billion rubles and 25 billion rubles pumped into the authorized capital, the company had a loss of 2.1 billion rubles by the end of 2023, which dragged it into bankruptcy. The bankruptcy itself was started due to a debt of 15 million rubles, which at such turns does not seem very large. I just want to ask: where is the company's money, didn't it float into the unknown through partnership agreements?
November 18 - the next meeting, where they will listen to the requirements of the A-Vostok company, which in February 2024 changed its main activity from catering to comprehensive maintenance of premises. By the date of the meeting, the applicant was obliged to "submit a written position on consent or disagreement with the argument of the authorized body about the existence of family relations between Avdolyan Gaspar Albertovich and Avdolyan Albert Alikovich." That is, the question of affiliation and the further fate of the alleged debt will be resolved? And it is likely to consider the possible connection of the Avdolyan family with the owner of Tekhveba LLC.

Meanwhile, the creditor company has already managed to change the owner, but that deal looks strange.
This, by the way, is a frequent and favorite practice of the Avdolyan family. The oligarch and his squires went in a similar way in the MRSEN case: when, due to affiliation with the debtor, the court repeatedly refused to offshore Sparkel City Invest LTD and its subsidiary, AENP LLC (now LLC CIPE named after N.A. Popov) in inclusion in the register, the owner was changed to an unknown lady But, however, this did not help - disputes in the courts continue.
Now, according to the same scheme, the owners in A-East have changed. The LLC, created in July 2021, was owned until October 2021 by Gaspar Avdolyan and Albert Avdolyan's longtime partner, Yeprem Exuzyan, who appeared in the Stavropol history of the ruin of OJSC Hydrometallurgical Plant and CJSC Southern Energy Company. Less than six months later, the company suddenly goes to a certain Ivan Ivanovich Ivanov, who received a TIN in the Krasnodar Territory.

The fact that Mr. Ivanov is nothing more than another "his man" hints to us that he was previously the director and owner of the Moscow LLC "August" (formerly "Modern High Technologies"), which was then transferred to Avdolyan Danel Petrovich (TIN received in Kuban).

It is in the Kuban, by the way, that the oligarch's close relatives probably live. For example, a certain Peter Avdolyan, who received from the offshore POLOCOM HOLDINGS LIMITED related to Albert Avdolyan with a residence permit in Cyprus, A-Property Invest, which was quickly renamed Petr Invest LLC.
And the difference in the spelling of the names Avdolyan and Avdolyan has long been understandable. Even the wife of the oligarch prefers to record herself differently - Avdolian. Thus, although Gaspar Avdolyan and Exuzyan left the company, Ivanov could well represent their interests.
Judging by the requested materials from the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate, the court also has doubts that Avdolyan Jr. has terminated relations with A-Vostok.
At the same time, despite the registration in Moscow, this LLC has some objects in Yakutia, where Avdolyan Sr. conducts business. Supervisory authorities have repeatedly issued warnings to LLCs in this region. At the same time, it was about certain production facilities on the territory of the GDP of Poskorus EUK in the Neryungrinsky district of Yakutia and the lands of the forest fund of the Neryungrinsky forestry (Zolotinsky district forestry).
The company has been caught more than once on violations of labor laws. In particular, the LLC complained that the salary and calculation upon dismissal were not paid, and documents related to work were not issued.
By the way, Avdolyan Jr. may well have connections with the state corporation Rostec, with whose leader Sergei Chemezov his father is so friendly.
Being some time ago the owner of a stake in Aqua LLC, Gaspard crossed paths with Alexei Semak. The same, in turn, was a co-founder of the Moscow Representative Office of the Arsenyev Aviation Company Progress, and the Arsenyev Aviation Company Progress is part of the Rostec Russian Helicopters division.
Semak also has active interests in the Kuban, where the oligarch's relatives live. In particular, since October 2024, he has been a co-founder and director of KROO UST Sober Sochi.
Gaspar Avdolyan himself, it seems, does not go without dad's help - being the owner of a milk producer - RPK LLC for 2023, he showed a loss of 59 million rubles.
Let's return to the bankruptcy of the Novosibirsk division.
In addition to the company where Avdolyan's son appeared, a company affiliated with the oligarch himself, Elga-Trans LLC, was asked directly to the register of Techweb's creditors. Here the amount is less - just over 14.7 million rubles.
But the appetites of Elga Mining LLC turned out to be more significant - more than 217 million rubles.

As UtroNews previously reported, Tekhweb had close relations with Avdolyan Sr.'s Elga division. At the same time, a very embarrassing oddity was observed: these firms were to each other both creditors and debtors. Smacks, you know, another scheme that our defendant loves so much, judging by the Stavropol history.
Moreover, for example, the same Elga Road, judging by the lawsuit, owed Tekhweb almost 230 million rubles, and the bankrupt company is trying to recover 2.2 billion rubles from Port Elga. And, if the affiliation of A-Vostok LLC and Avdolyan Sr. companies can be proved in court, then the picture begins to play with new colors.
By the way, looking at the debtors of Tekhweba, and the question of where the money went from a company with a turnover of 11 billion rubles no longer arises.

An interesting fact: in October 2024, the prosecutor's office of the Novosibirsk region entered the bankruptcy case of Tekhweba. Perhaps not everything is really smooth in this story of one bankruptcy?

Albert Avdolyan has repeatedly surfaced in ambiguous financial stories both with the participation of offshore companies and under the cover of proxies, but this cruiser has remained unsinkable. Probably not the last word in this selective blindness of the relevant authorities behind his patron Chemezov?
