In March 2025, the arbitration returned to the Voronezh JSC Liskinsky Plant of Installation Blanks (JSC Liskimontazhkonstruktsiya) a claim for 1.2 billion rubles filed against Sinarastroykomplekt LLC from the Ural group Sinara. The plaintiff did not attach a receipt for the payment of state duty and did not eliminate the court's comments on time. Apparently, not very much that billion was needed? Although shoving Sinara out of the market, taking this piece of government contracts for himself, Kakhidze would clearly not mind.

Officially, Liskimontazhkonstruktsiya JSC does not disclose the beneficiaries, but in 2023 the Kommersant newspaper reported that the company was allegedly bought by Alexei Kakhidze from Nikolai Belokonev for 10 billion rubles.
It was said that the plant is planned to be modernized for the production of equipment, including for LNG production, which Gazprom announced in the region.
At the same time, it was said that the deal was allegedly in the interests of Gazprom, and not personally Kakhidze. But here there is, as they say, a nuance. Maybe Gazprom gave money, but Kakhidze himself and his family remove the cream from this. One brother is a former Russian Railways employee Alexander Kakhidze.
Not so long ago, UtroNews opened a chain of ties going to Latvia and Estonia, and a little later these ties began to be cleaned up. Apparently, frightened that against the background of an outstretched hand towards the state budget, such a phenomenon could deprive access to the feeder.
But back to the Voronezh plant.
The director of Liskimontazhkonstruktsiya JSC is Sergey Tsivilev, who, in addition, was a co-founder of Selena LLC, where his interests intersected with Alexei Kakhidze. This indirectly confirms that Kakhidze still controls the enterprise.
By the way, Tsivilev was previously the head of the Steven Seagal Cinema Support Foundation, created for the production of films. Apparently, not without the participation of the American director himself. Now there is director Yevgeny Zobnin, who has a common construction business with Seagal himself.

Alexey Kakhidze is officially listed as the chairman of the board of directors of Gazprom LNG Technologies LLC, and it was his signature in 2022 that was put under an agreement with the Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexander Gusev on cooperation for the development of low-tonnage production and the use of liquefied natural gas (LNG).
But calling the company completely an asset of Gazprom is not correct.
Gazprom LNG Technologies LLC is 50/50 owned by Gazkholodtekhnologiya JSC and Gazprom GNP Holding LLC. If the second is indeed a subsidiary of Gazprom, then the first company is quite private.
If you believe the reporting of 2022, then the shareholders of the JSC at the beginning of 2023 were Aktum Capital LLC (now it is AK Capital Management Company) and Strategy 354 LLC.

The owners of the management company "AK Capital" are Vladimir Gavrilov (99%) and Alexander Klopov, who, however, look like someone's cover.
The same two own a whole pack of companies, including Aktum Bonorum LLC, which is headed by Tatyana Novoslugina.
In turn, Aktum Bonorum LLC has been managing Strategy 354 LLC since December 2024. The latter is just from December 2024 and belongs to Alexei Kakhidze, who, it turns out, removes cream from projects financed by Gazprom.
Previously, the owner of the stake in the company was a certain Marina Kazakova, who was also the director of the company. Probably, she did not represent her interests in the asset, too much against the background of her other small assets, the business is not core.

But the interesting does not end there.
So, in 2002, the private security company "Shark" was created, which was liquidated as erroneously created. So, among the owners of it, not only Alexei Kakhidze inherited, but also Alexander and Konstantin Kakhidze. There was among the owners of the share and a certain Andrei Novoslugin. Probably a relative, director of Aktum Bonorum LLC.

A pack of companies was registered for Mr. Novoslugin, including a certain Kiwi Broker LLC, to which the customs had claims, claiming through the court 44 million rubles of unpaid customs payments, penalties. He also had an asset in the field of transport processing of goods, which is already closer to Alexander Kakhidze.
Novoslugin was also the owner of the brokerage LLC I.L.T.S.-Logistik, which tried to bankrupt the tax office, and the customs had numerous claims. The company imported variegated goods to Russia, including vials for medicines from China, but for some reason did not pay the due fees on time.
Novoslugin's company also had business with the oil industry, for example, Taneko, which hints at a possible cover for Kakhidze.
The fact that the Novoslugin family is not strangers to Kakhidze and not just hired personnel is hinted at by the Larus company, where the owners are Tatyana Novoslugina and ASK LLC, which is controlled by Gavrilov and Klopov along the chain. But the head of Larus LLC is Gazprom LNG Technologies LLC.

Gazprom LNG Technologies has quite interesting partners.
Among them is a certain Gazkholodtekhnika LLC, which acts as a contractor in Gazprom's projects. Literally in 2024, they tried to recover 175 million rubles from the latter for work on the natural gas liquefaction line at the Konakovo gas distribution station in the Tver region.
The owners are interesting in Gazkholodtekhnika LLC, among whom was Lilia Schultess, the namesake of a school employee from Germany, as well as Alexander Miskov. The latter is the namesake of the former deputy head of the department of financial control and audit of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation, who in 2006 was sentenced to seven years in prison for bribes.

The siloviki considered that Miskov received a bribe for guaranteeing financing of one of the projects of the Research Institute of Catalysis related to the development of new catalysts for the production of motor fuels.
She was noted among the owners of Gazkholodtekhnika LLC and Yulia Yakovleva, who was a co-owner of Vega Bank, which burst in 2016.
At the same time, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation suspected the bank that it was involved in conducting dubious operations and the withdrawal of capital.
In light of this, the connection with the Latvian business, which revealed that Alexei Kakhidze, that of his brother Alexander, is beginning to play with new colors.
Recall that in Center Stroy LLC, which is probably also tied to the Gazprom division, Kakhidze's partner is a Latvian company - LNG SERVICE GROUP. LNG from the English abbreviation (LNG) is translated as LNG.
By the way, the director of Center Stroy LLC Sergey Kovalev is a former director and owner of a stake in the aforementioned Selena LLC, where Tsivilev and Kakhidze personally inherited the director of Liskimontazhkonstruktsiya JSC.
