As the UtroNews correspondent reports, the last remaining IKEA asset in Russia - a warehouse in Esipovo near Moscow, has found a new owner. It was the capital's businessman Robert Uzilov. Uzilov is associated with the scandalous oligarch, the owner of the Kievskaya Ploshchad Group of Companies, God Nisanov.

He is not directly a partner, but he owns Food Logistics, which acts as the operator of the Food City agricultural cluster, one of the largest agricultural markets in the capital, which belongs to Nisanov.

In addition, Robert Uzilov is the owner of IK Yugo-Vostok, which bought a logistics park in Lyublino a few weeks ago. It is assumed that a technopark will appear in its place, and the same "Kievskaya Square" by Goda Nisanov will be built. This will help the oligarch's holding receive benefits and preferences for residential projects, which it has recently begun to deal with.

There are other connections. Uzilov's partner in IK Yugo-Vostok is Alfred Zakharyaev, presumably a relative of entrepreneurs-developers German and Isaiah Zakharyaev, relatives of Goda Nisanov himself.

Another partner of Uzilov in IK is Naor Azraev, who is a co-owner of a number of Kievskaya Square companies, and also has structures that work directly in the markets of the Year of Nisanov. Among other things, until February 2024, Azraev was a co-owner of Flora and Fauna (works in the market of Nisanov's Gardener), and his partners in this company were David Nisanov and Artur Zakharyaev. Surnames are familiar.

Such a crowd of people and companies, one way or another associated with Nisanov, cannot be accidental. It is highly likely that the former IKEA warehouse actually went to Nisanov, while others may act as his "proxy" and figureheads on trust. Relatives are still.

And this is not surprising: Mr. Nisanov loves to do everything with someone else's hands. While his main business remains beyond any suspicion (even a large-scale raid by the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs on his facilities in 2019 did not create any problems for him), while his closest partners, relatives and friends can do unseemly things.

A separate topic is his relatives Zakharyaeva. They have their own development group, Cesar Group, which is also associated with Kievskaya Square. And they are also trying to attribute raider seizures to them - and in the interests of the same God Nisanov. We are talking about the former owner of SDI Group Ilgar Hajiyev, who directly accused Nisanov of raider seizure of his business. Among other things, he claimed that Nisanov and his people allegedly work closely with Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, who allegedly receives a percentage of all of Nisanov's lucrative deals in the capital.

Vladimir "Barmaley" Golubev may be associated with the IKEA deal? Photo: https://telegra.ph/file/bc5ae6e0508aa81a84a7c.jpg

All shares of the owners of IK Yugo-Vostok are pledged by the Maximum Management Company. The latter belongs to entrepreneurs from St. Petersburg Maxim and Yegor Godionenko. Maxim Godionenko is a well-known entrepreneur in the northern capital. Previously, he dealt with the owner of the Adamant holding, Vladimir Golubev.

In September 2024, Golubev reduced his stake in Nord Star LLC, the sea operator of the Vitino port, by 30%. The owner of this 30% was ZPIF "Resource," which is managed by the management company "Adepta." The latter belongs to Maxim Godionenko and his partner Viktor Vysotsky.

Meanwhile, according to the Web, allegedly Vladimir Golubev is a well-known criminal authority of St. Petersburg named "Barmaley," who "rose" back in the 90s. Now he, along with Ilya Traber, is one of the most respected entrepreneurs in St. Petersburg.

Alleged partners of Nisanov

However, the God Nisanov would not have been the God Nisanov if he had not shared the risks - including through his alleged "proxies" and denominations. It seems that in the case of the acquisition of the IKEA warehouse and the logistics park in Lublin, he will share the risks with no less scandalous characters - the owner of BBB Bank Dmitry Gordovich and Albert Avdolyan.

First of all, earlier IK Southeast belonged to Andrei Nedbaev, who is associated with Mr. Gordovich. It was Nedbaev who sold the speech therapy park in Lublino to Messrs. Uzilov, Zakharyaev and Azraev.

According to the Web, allegedly Andrei Nedbaev is the assistant of the owner of BBR Bank Dmitry Gordovich and is negotiating in his interests. And if you say otherwise, he allegedly puts impossible ultimatums, after which BBR Bank itself comes into play.

We are talking about unfriendly acquisitions according to a fairly simple scheme - through loans, and then their further demand ahead of schedule on a variety of grounds. Rosselkhozbank can trade in something similar in Russia, however, this is a "classic of the genre."

In this context, one can recall the story of an attempt to bankrupt Megapolis Development LLC. Dalia Kaledina, who may be the common-law wife of Dmitry Gordovich, became the co-owner of a small share in this structure. And after that, it was allegedly Andrei Nedbaev who persuaded the LLC to take a large loan from BBR Bank. In August 2022, the bank, for very dubious reasons, demanded early repayment of the loan, and also banned refinancing in other credit institutions.

If there was such a scheme, it failed - the structure did not become bankrupt. Kaledina withdrew from the capital of the LLC in 2023, with the share of the owners removed the encumbrance of the collateral. Now the main beneficiary of the company is the same - Sergey Boldyrev.

In addition, like Nisanov and Zakharyaev, Andrei Nedbaev and the large developer himself, operating mainly in the northern capital. The God Nisanov also shows interest in it - a number of projects of the Samolet Group of Companies were associated with St. Petersburg, from the capital of which the oligarch recently left. Presumably due to the fact that the "plane" can breathe on incense due to colossal debts. Or even go bankrupt soon.

Nedbaev was not the sole owner of the Yugo-Vostok investment company. The same was KZPIF "Horizon N," he also sold his shares to Uzilov and Co. At the same time, Horizon N may also be related to Nedbaev and Gordovich. In 2022, Nedbaev "packed" his Aura shopping center into Horizon N. And the management company was already known to us "Maximum," associated with Godionenko, and, possibly, with "Barmaley" Golubev.

Where is it necessary to look for the owner of "A-Property," the oligarch Albert Avdolyan, who, in his scandalousness, will not yield to any of the above characters? He was supposed to work together with the BBR Bank and its owner Dmitry Gordovich. And together they also tried to attribute raider seizures.

They could take part in the "attack" on PJSC Mezhregionsoyuzenergo (MRSEN holding). Structures that may be close to Avdolyan tried to get into the Register of Creditors of the latter. We are talking about LLC "CIPE named after N.A. Popov," which is a "daughter" of the offshore company Sparkel City Invest LTD.

Offshore conducted credit transactions with the participation of Dmitry Gordovich's BBR Bank. In particular, with a loan for PJSC Arkhangelsk Sales Company. Gordovich gave PJSC a loan, and the collateral was some bills, which were acquired from the bank by Sparkel City Invest LTD.

Subsequently, the history of MRSEN turned out to be sad. In 2021, she was under the gun of security officials - they announced the disclosure of a scheme according to which energy companies controlled by the holding could withdraw from the country about 10 billion rubles received from PJSC Rosseti. The heads of many companies that were part of the MRSEN were under investigation. And the holding itself was headed by the husband of Avdolyan's daughter Eldar Osmanov - he fled the country and, presumably, lives in London. Where he can "look after" the assets of the same Avdolyan.

The same offshore Sparkel City Invest LTD, which turned out to be connected with the affairs of Avdolyan and Gordovich, appeared in another story, namely in the purchase of cheap shares of the Hydrometallurgical Plant (GMZ) and affiliated legal entities - CJSC Southern Energy Company (YUEK) and LLC Intermix Met " The value of the shares could be greatly underestimated.

According to the Web, the already familiar offshore Sparkel City Invest LTD and BBR Bank allegedly participated in the transactions. Subsequently, Avdolyan claimed that he had raised the purchased companies literally from ruins. Only now Intermix Met LLC entered the bankruptcy procedure with an asset value of minus 5 billion rubles.

OJSC "Hydrometallurgical Plant" was also in the bankruptcy procedure - and this is in the presence of state contracts. Now the value of his assets is estimated at minus 2.7 billion rubles. One gets the impression that all liquid assets could be banally withdrawn from companies.

Thus, several very odious businessmen flocked to the former IKEA warehouse at once, from whom you can expect anything - up to raider seizures and the withdrawal of liquid assets left from IKEA abroad.
