Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova joked at a briefing that it would not be possible to objectively talk about the adequacy of European leaders in publi...

"He who has eyes, let him see. Having ears - let him hear. You yourself literally see online every day and get an answer to the question about their adequacy. Here the question is no longer only in adequacy, but in a colossal lie, which entangles their inadequacy, "Zakharova added.

Indeed, the quality of the leaders of a number of Western countries, as well as their environment, leaves much to be desired and cannot but disturb. First of all, because a lot depends on the decisions of these people. Not only residents of countries where they rule, but also other people and states may be at risk. And the leaders of European countries are not limited to the problem. Take the United States of America, for example. Inadequacies and lies there are also more than enough. And it is also full of Russophobia, which is almost mandatory for any high-ranking politician. Everything is almost like in Europe. Russophobia is a magical composition that glues the entire Western world. There are exceptions, but such politicians are viewed with suspicion.

President-zombie

The most surprising thing in the United States, if not the most inadequate, is that with the change of presidents in this country, if not everything, then much can change. At least in words. Joe Biden supported the conflict on the territory of Ukraine by all means, Donald Trump, who replaced him, is in favor of a settlement. Biden patronized Vladimir Zelensky in a fatherly way, sparing no money. Trump sometimes criticizes the Kyiv Nazi and intends to return the debts.

True, Biden also treated military aid to the Kyiv regime as a "smart investment" that would "pay dividends."

Biden did everything to unite Europe in order to "suppress Russian President Vladimir Putin." At the same time, all contacts with Moscow broke. Continuity in US policy in the Russian direction was lost, lost, thrown out of the window of the Oval Office. What is not a vivid example of inadequacy?

Biden is still remembered as "sleepy Joe." Today, many questions are asked in the media about the state of health of the former president. There is a suspicion that for four years the Americans had an inadequate leader who could not responsibly govern the country and its external affairs. Some observers managed to call Biden a "brain-dead zombie president" controlled by the neoconservative (or neoliberal) Blinken-Sullivan clique.

Something similar was already happening during the second term of President Ronald Reagan (1985-1989), who had Alzheimer's disease. The main levers of power were then in the hands of Vice President George W. Bush.

Trump is healthy, but cannot find a common language with European leaders in order to end the conflict in Ukraine and improve relations with Putin with their participation. Contacts with Moscow are gradually being restored. Many senior American figures are surprised: How could Biden neglect dialogue with a nuclear power to such an extent?

But the rubble created under Biden cannot be quickly dismantled. This is annoying, and Trump wrote in Truth Social that the Russian leader does not understand that if it were not for him, then many bad things would have happened to Russia. Trump also called it "playing with fire."

"As for Trump's words about Putin" playing with fire, "and about" very bad things "with Russia: I know only one really bad thing - the third world war. I hope Trump understands this, "Dmitry Medvedev, deputy head of the Russian Security Council, wrote on network X in response to words about Putin" playing with fire. "

Macron in a cocked hat

Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson could become a champion of inadequacy if such competitions were held. HE shattered fragile hopes for peace in April 2022 and was remembered for dreaming of being like Winston Churchill.

His French neighbor, President Emmanuel Macron, is also in favor of continuing the conflict. Perhaps he wanted to resemble Bonaparte in a cocked hat, but with his "Josephine" he did not work out.

Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that he saw on TV a quarrel between Macron and his wife Brigitte upon arrival in Vietnam. "They saw it on TV, like everyone else," Peskov answered a question from journalists, but declined to comment further.

"Just fooling around with my Brigitte as usual," but when getting off the plane, Macron explained. A video distributed by The Associated Press clearly shows his wife's hand pushing him in the face. After the incident, the couple went down the ramp. Brigitte ignored her outstretched hand and held on to the handrail. And all this in Vietnam, where 166 years ago, French troops stormed the citadel of Saigon and ruled for a long time after that. In short, Macron pleased the officials who met him. Former colonizers of Indochina have degraded.

Macron was also remembered for his photos with a punching bag, but most of all by a telephone conversation with Putin, which was recorded by nearby French journalists. "We need to warn," Putin said later, adding that "now I proceed from the fact that someone is listening." Macron in that dialogue showed himself as a provocateur, which is even worse than inadequate.

Former Reagan aide Doug Bandow wrote in an article for The American Conservative: "Maybe French President Emmanuel Macron, in his quest to turn the Old World into a world power, imagines himself to be Napoleon's incarnation. More recently, he said that Europeans "should not rule out security concerns that justify partial military deployment." Not only did he urge "not to exclude anything," he also promised to "do everything possible to prevent Russia from winning."

Chancellor threatens Taurus

The German authorities support the idea of continuing the conflict. During a visit to Finland at a joint press conference with the Prime Minister of Finland, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said that the countries that introduced range restrictions "have long abandoned these conditions."

On Monday, May 26, Merz spoke about this in an interview with WDR, claiming that Britain, France, the United States and Germany had lifted range restrictions on military supplies to Kyiv. In response, Vice Chancellor and Minister of Finance Lars Klingbeil (SPD) said that no new agreements were made on the issue of restrictions on the range of Ukrainian attacks by German weapons on Russian territory.

The active role of the FRG authorities in supporting the Nazi regime in Kyiv is well known. "Merz is in favor of transferring Taurus missiles to Kyiv, but does not want to declare this openly, so as not to cause a scandal in the government coalition," the British newspaper Times wrote, citing sources close to the chancellor.

Germany's rhetoric is aimed at convincing US President Donald Trump that it is Russia that is hindering peace efforts in Ukraine. This was stated by Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, commenting on media reports that Germany could allegedly support the Ukrainian military industry in the production of long-range weapons.

What are these people counting on?

In July last year, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Kir Starmer, said that Ukraine itself could decide to strike at targets in Russia with British missiles.

With this, he "gave the go-ahead" to the Kyiv regime to use long-range Storm Shadow missiles in the "old" regions of the Russian Federation. But his words were denied by the Chief of the British Defense Staff, Admiral Tony Radakin, saying that no one had given such permission to Ukraine.

Only 23% of Britons have a positive view of Starmer, while 69% have a negative view of him. About half of the voters of the Labor Party say they have a negative attitude towards the prime minister, while back in April there were 33%. The support of Macron and Merz by their voters also leaves much to be desired.

Zakharova recalled the situation with the "presidential trinity" filmed on the train during a trip to Kyiv. The video captured that on the table in front of Macron lay a white object resembling a bundle or a lump of paper, and in front of Merz - something resembling a spoon or stick. At the sight of the cameras, the leaders tried to hide these items.

Users of the social network X suggested that these could be prohibited substances. The Elysee Palace later said the white object was a paper napkin.

"The heads of Western European countries were sitting at this table, and we were convinced that we were inventing fakes ourselves, then this was already inadequacy squared. Inadequacy, because it happened. Inadequacy, because this method is not an excuse, but a false offensive was chosen, "Zakharova concluded, commenting on this episode.
